Myra properties
rebranding concept

by Treta agency

Intro
This case study presents a redesign concept for Myra Properties. We identified that the Brand and Digital presence do not fully reflect the quality of its projects, the company’s values, credibility and ambitions. Current visual identity feels fragmented, the communication lacks clarity, and the website does not function as a strong decision-making platform for clients, partners or investors.

We decide to change that and prepare refresh of visual identity and website. This case study presents a proposed direction how Myra could look in 2026. In a highly competitive Dubai real estate market, perception plays a critical role. Developers compete not only through the quality, price and location of their Projects, but also through trust, recognition, credibility and values.

Our response is not to discard what exists, but to refine it. This concept builds on Myra’s established foundations, carefully refreshing the brand and elevating its digital presence. We designed strong core brand assets and developed a modern branding system supported by a new website. The website becomes the center of the brand ecosystem—clear, modern and authoritative—positioning Myra among Dubai’s top-tier developers while remaining true to its history and values.

Color palette

The color palette is inspired by fragments of nature in the Middle East, particularly the sandy desert at sunset, where light reveals a rich variety of warm golden-orange tones.

Warm Orange evolves naturally from the previous gold color, preserving its premium feel while adding warmth, approachability, and a modern character with a touch of luxury. Earth Brown provides depth and stability, grounding the palette with a strong, natural presence. Natural White is a soft beige-toned white — clean, minimalistic, and calming — creating balance and space across the visual identity.

Typography

For titles and texts are selected fonts Atyp Text and Canela as the primary typefaces. Atyp Text provides a clean, modern and highly readable base for most text while Canela is used for emphasis and highlights, often in italic style, creating a sophisticated contrast. The combination of these two typefaces adds elegance and versatility to the brand’s visual identity, balancing contemporary clarity with premium refinement.

Website

New website reflects modern web design trends and best practices. The content structure was completely reworked to improve clarity and flow. The new website is more intuitive, user-friendly and at the same time clearly differentiated from competitors. It is not created to look good only but primarily to deliver results—engaging potential clients and investors while effectively generating leads.

Brand applications
Projects brands
& websites

We created design concepts for the branding of individual Projects. These concepts are not intended to redesign the current Projects brands or their existing visual identities. Instead, they demonstrate how the projects could look if design would done by us—showcasing our way of thinking, design approach and creative direction.

A key visual element that runs across the entire Myra brand system is use of shadow patterns. For each project a different pattern is selected to reflect its unique character and theme. Each Project website is designed as part of the main Myra website, while still maintaining its own distinct identity through a custom made logo and color palette.

Botanica

Botanica logo is inspired by the project’s name. Our goal was to bring an organic and natural look to the project. The primary color is a deep green, conveying elegance and depth. Shadows are created using natural leaves, with sunlight subtly filtering through, reinforcing the connection to nature and creating a unique, immersive visual identity for the project.

Crystal

Crystal logo is inspired by the geometric form of a crystals. Elegant typography conveys refinement, clarity and timeless sophistication. A key visual element of the identity is the shadow pattern—playing with light, shadow, and refraction as light passes through crystal structures. This creates a distinctive visual atmosphere that feels premium, architectural and precise.

Rigel

Rigel logo is visually derived from architectural fragments of the project itself. The identity is built on strong, structured forms that reference the building’s geometry and composition. Clean, modern typography reinforces an architectural character, resulting in a precise and confident visual language rooted directly in the project’s design.

Avanos

Avanos identity is built on simplicity and precision. Clean, modern typography creates an elegant and timeless character, emphasizing clarity and confidence. The minimal visual language allows the architecture and project value to take center stage, resulting in a refined and contemporary residential identity.
